The Joy of Mistakes

Play is essential to survive! With the experience of play as a part of cultural education, all participants develop their individual factors of resilience. Clowns as an archetype serves as the best role model in falling down and getting back up again. Like the clown, we can follow our curiosity about the unknown, seek joy outside of our comfort zones, and even find delight when things go wrong. Because this are experiences from that we truly learn.

With this mission, playworkers like PA/SPIELkultur in Munich and mixxit theatre are active worldwide. From the refugee camp right at the doorstep, to neighboring countries in Europe and worldwide.
